What I liked the most about the Leadership Effectiveness Training was its great practicality. The event is full of helpful exercises where you learn so much by simply applying Dr. Gordon’s principles. All of these help you change your perspective on so many situations we encounter each day and simultaneously serve as a guiding compass to improving our relationships, both personal and professional.
