The training genuinely exceeded my expectations. I initially anticipated a regular business-style workshop, but it turned out to be far more engaging and impactful. The trainer managed to include all of us in different activities that made us truly aware of what was happening – not just in theory, but in real time. Time together was very well structured, filled with valuable insights, and left space for questions and shared experiences. This made the learning process richer and more relatable. The combination of theory, discussion, and live application was excellent.

Krasimira Nikolova was amazing. Not only did she manage the schedule effectively but also managed the group dynamics exceptionally well. She delivered all content as expected – and then over delivered with her depth of knowledge and practical examples. Her energy, empathy, and experience made a real difference. Of course, the standout techniques for me were:

· Active listening
· Mirroring
· Not assuming

These may sound familiar, but this training gave me practical, hands – on experience with them. Having the opportunity to try them with Krasimira, and get direct feedback, made them stick as incredibly powerful tools.

If there is one area I would love to see more of, it is role-play activities and real-life scenario simulations. Experiencing the tools in action is what really helps internalize them. I understand the philosophy behind the training might not resonate with everyone immediately, but for those who care, the experience is deeply meaningful – and complemented by the workbook for later reflection.

I have already started applying active listening, emotional reflection, and the practice of leaving assumptions behind – and I am seeing positive results. This training did not just teach concepts – it gave me the confidence to try them and the context to understand their impact.

I could not be more grateful. I even recorded a video reflection – something I was assigned to do – but it felt like the most natural way to process what I took from this experience. Thank you!
